FAQ

Here to Help

Have a look at our FAQs and find out answers to the questions that may be on your mind. If there is something that we might not have covered, please get in touch with us.

How do I book?

Just send us a message! We love giving you that personal touch so you can contact us via our instagram @rudegirlstudio for all class bookings. If you're not on social media, don't worry! Pop us an email and we'll get you booked in.

Is there an age limit?

Our classes have no upper age limit, however, we are unable to accept student under the age of 18.

What if I have no upper body strength? Am I too overweight?

Thats what we're here for! We welcome students of all shapes and sizes and our classes are formulated to help improve your strength. We all start somewhere. If you really feel like you're not ready to get started without building some strength first, check out our Conditioning Classes.

What should I wear?

Wear something you feel comfortable in that does not restrict your movement. Gym clothing is fine. For beginners courses and pole fitness classes you will need to wear shorts. This is for safety reasons as your skin needs to be exposed in order to stick to the pole (and stop you sliding off). We have changing facilitates on site, so please feel free to come dressed as you like and change into your shorts on arrival.
Pole classes are barefoot, so please arrive in whatever footwear you are comfortable with. No shoes (excluding dance heels) will be permitted on the studio floor.

What shouldn't I wear?

Please do not apply any oils, moisturisers or lotions prior to your classes. They will make you slip off the pole and make cleaning the poles later very difficult.
We also ask that you remove any body jewellery (that you can) before your class. This is to prevent damage to the poles, and unnecessary scratches to yourselves.

Are children allowed entry?

Unfortunately, we cannot allow children on the premises to wait whilst you are taking your class. This is due to insurance reasons and is non-negotiable.

What is your cancellation policy?

Provided that you cancel your class up until 48 hours before, you will be able to transfer your session to an alternative day and time of your choice. No shows and late cancellations will result in the loss of class or credit.
We are unable to offer refunds and are unable to make any exceptions regardless of the circumstances.
